Insurance
We will gladly verify your insurance benefits for you so you know what your responsibility and benefits will be.
We are in network with traditional Medicare but out of network with all other insurance carriers, including Medicare Advantage programs. For those out of network patients, we charge a flat fee of $100 per visit at the time of treatment. If you choose, we are happy to bill these carriers on your behalf for any out of network benefits you may receive.
