Knee Pain: Episode 2

Episode 2: General Knee_Kettle Jalapeño In today’s episode we broadly cover knee injuries and rate Kettle Brand Hot Jalapeño chips. I can start he’s Djimmer. And he’s Christiaan. Welcome back to 2 PT’s N’ a Bag of Chips. We are getting really good at this. It’s almost like synchronized swimming. You have no idea how hard it is until you’re upside down in a pool. There’s water going into your brain. Trying to figure out which way your toes are supposed to be pointing. They do always look silly though, with those nose holder thing. The nose clamps are kind of weird. It’s a weird set up. But if you are upside down there probably is a good likelihood that waters going to be pouring into… That’s a good point. I’ve never personally treated a synchronized swimmer before, so potentially a very safe sport. I have. You have? Yeah, wow, yeah. I can’t recall what the injury was. Probably not a knee injury though. No, probably more like a pierced eardrum. PT for the old eardrum. That’s right. Today we are going to discuss knee injuries relatively broadly. And then we are going to review the Kettle brand Hot Jalapeno potato chip. Jalapeno, it’s gonna be hot. It’s not gonna be good. I’m not good with hot chips. There might be some crying. Just cold chips, yes. Although some of your favorite chips come warm from the kettle still. Is that so? Yes, the house chips at the Great Northern. They are! They’re good, with their Tai Chili barbecue sauce. One day they too shall be reviewed. We should see if we plug them enough here we might get some free chips, maybe. That’s a good idea. Use our position of power. That’s worth considering. With our whopping 630% increase in listeners. That’s right! Keep listening people, keep listening. We’re going to make 750%, keep it coming. Back to the knee! The knee, we see a lot of those. There are a lot of knee injuries. They’re a very easy joint to injure. I would say though probably we see as many overuse injuries, overuse symptoms as we see true traumatic knee injuries.
